Personal Training Sessions
Every personal training session is different, as it is based on an individual personal goals, lifestyle
and exercise preferences. A typical Personal Training session will involve 50 minutes of exercise,
and 10 minutes of discussion, advice and planning for further sessions. Not all training sessions focus
around exercise however. Some can be dedicated to addressing other aspects of your health such as your
diet or stress levels. Most training sessions take place outdoors.
