    Beach Fit - Women Only
    Suitable for Women of all Fitness Levels. Different Every Week. Pilates, Jogging, Strength, Flexibilty, Fresh Air and Fun.

    Running Bootcamp - Men/Women
    Improve your running with Technique, Posture, Strength, Speed, Race Prep. Suitable only for those comfortable running minimum 5k.

    Buggy Fitness - Mother and Baby Enjoy Fresh Air, Exercise and Meet other Mums. Your baby stays in the buggy while you learn safe post natal exercise. Posture, Strength, Stomach Toning, Cardio, Managing Stress. Suitable for all fitness levels. 8 Weeks PostNatal Minimum. No Maximum. No sport specific buggy/pram required.

Each week we do something different in Bootcamp, it is all fun!

Mary constantly reminds you that you can go at your own pace therefore it is suitable for everyone of all fitness levels.

No classes August Bank Holiday Week (Aug 1st, 2nd, 3rd).
August Classes Commence 9th August for 4 Weeks.

All Beach Classes meet on Sandymount Beach.
7am Morning Class meet at AIB Ballsbridge.
Full Class details will be emailed after registration.

Surprise and Challenge Yourself

Throughout the programme we will look at jogging technique, and support you in your journey to a 5k or 10k fun run. Whether you wish to run a Personal Best time, or complete your first run, we will give you advice, support and be there cheerleading on the day.



Other Questions


What you need: Bottle of water, comfortable clothing and large Towel/Mat. Please dont bring any valuables.


What about rain: Classes takes place - whatever the weather.
