| Where do we meet ? |
Docklands - Grand Canal Theatre. (Beside Red Poles at Entrance) Dublin 2.
Clontarf - CarPark Beside Clontarf Road Dart Station
Sandymount - Beach Road. Ringsend Side of Beach - adjoining Sean Moore Park.
Naas - Monread Park, Naas.
A detailed map and directions to all locations will be provided to all participants.
NOTE: Please do not bring any bags. There is no storage facility at any venue.

| What happens if it rains ? |
Classes takes place in all weather conditions. If it rains, we will still continue, however format may be different. |
What do I Bring ?

All Classes : Please DO NOT bring any bags/valuables with you. * Bottle of Water * Comfortable Clothing * NO VALUABLES Ensure all car keys safe by wearing clothing with a zip pocket

| Bank Holiday Arrangements |
There will be no class on Monday 19th March (St Patricks Day Bank Holiday).

| Eating before Class ? |
Evening Class: Please dont eat your dinner before class. A small snack 2 hrs before class will give you energy for the class. A dinner may give you a stitch and make you feel tired and bloated.
|
| Nervous ? |
Having Second Thoughts? Remember, this is most peoples first Outdoor Fitness class. It is normal to be nervous, so please dont worry about not being fit enough for the class. You will be able to go at your own pace throughout, and i hope you will enjoy it.

All Participants must complete Health Questionnaire and Waiver Form before attending class.
All Fees Paid are Non Refundable and cannot be carried forward as credit future classes.
Particpants are responsible for informing instructor at class of injury/limitation which restricts training.
'Forget The Gym' is not responsible for any valuables lost/stolen or damaged while attending class.
