Welcome to 'Forget The Gym'

We are based in Dublin Docklands, Sandymount, Clontarf and Naas.

Let us encourage you to get outdoors, get active and surprise yourself with what you can achieve.

We especially welcome beginners to our classes.
No shouting instructors - work at your own pace.

What makes us different: All participants receive detailed running training plans, training logs, nutrition tips, running articles, injury prevention advice, online support and geniuine personal attention and motivation.
