Beginners Running March 2024

Time to start running! Our 7 week online programme will have you running 5k with a smile this new year.

This programme can be completed 100% online, but if you are Dublin based you also get the opportunity to join us in person each week for no extra cost (Mondays 7.30pm in Sandymount)

What you'll get:

  • 7 Week Guided Programme from 4th March to 28th April (but you can still access all the way til end of June). 

  •  Weekly Coaching lessons (and live QnA Sessions with Mary). Note, we will pause for 1 week over Easter. There will be no class or 'homework for the week of the 1st April. A perfect week to catch up on any missed lessons.

  •  Step-by-Step training plans (we take it one week at a time and you go at your own pace)

  •  Follow along videos (yoga, strength, warmup/cooldowns and more)

  •  Online Support and QnA (a private community to chat, share progress and ask questions) 

  • Super Bonus : Weekly class with Mary/Aoife (if you are in Dublin would highly recommend you come along for motivation, all the tips and to meet others in the same boat!)

  •  End of term : parkrun celebration in Dublin - or locally wherever you are (yes, there will be cake!)

  • End of term Treat : Once you complete your first 30 minutes we send you our special edition ForgetTheGym technical Tshirt as a reward for your dedication.
