Ready to start your Marathon Course? 

Starting point : To kick off this course I recommend you are comfortable at 10k (at your pace),are  injury free and can commit 4 runs per week for 18 weeks. You have a marathon booked and are excited (but naturally apprehensive about the months ahead). 

Not ready yet to start? No problem, there is no rush.You get to decide when the time is right to hit go! Just get in touch and we can work out your start date based on the marathon you are booked into. 

How the course will work :

  • It will be 100% online so you can do it from anywhere in the world.
  • All you need to do is to to commit to is follow along week by week and try your best. 
  • The commitment - 4 times per week getting out the door - but with no pressure on speed/distance!
