Time to start running! Our online programme will have you running 5k with a smile by Easter.
This programme can be completed 100% online, but if you are Dublin based you also get the opportunity to join us in person each week for no extra cost (Mondays 7.30pm in Sandymount)

Non Members very Welcome : Most people who join this programme are not members. You can read more about membership here but we recommend that instead of becoming a member up front, you follow the programme, get all the free April bonuses of 4 weeks FREE membership. Should you then wish to become a member at end of April, you will get a private link to signup (as the membership wont open publicly then, just for you beginners).
