Get Back Running - 4 Week course

Do you really want to get back running this summer? Well, it's now or never! 

Hi, I'm Mary and for nearly 20 years I've been helping lapsed runners (just like you) get back out the door again after life takes over!

Starting Monday 5th May I will set you up for a summer where running will be part of your week and you will LOVE the freedom of getting out the door. By the end of May you will be a new woman, loving all those good vibes that running gives you. Let's make it a summer to remember. 

Don't start back over your Couch to 5k App again only to give up after 3 weeks and get disillusioned again. Instead change your approach to HOW you get back running and you will never look back! 

This course is made for you if :

1. You REALLY want to start back running but can't seem to get yourself out the door. 

2. You feel jealous every time you walk/drive past another happy runner. 

3. You ran 5k comfortably in the past but feel you have lost your fitness and confidence. 

4. You cant even remember the last time you put on your running shoes.

5. You would absolutely LOVE to be able to run free and confidently this Summer. 

6. You could find the time, you just keep prioritising everything else ahead of running, telling yourself you will do it in the future! 

7. You are ready to start on 5th May and for 4 weeks will aim to get out the door 3 times following my tips and guidance.

 How the course will work :

  • It will be 100% online so you can do it from anywhere in the world.
  • All you need to do is to to commit to is follow along week by week and try your best. 
  • The commitment - 3 times per week getting out the door - but with no pressure on speed/distance! 
  • We kick off 5th May and for 4 weeks which brings us to 31st May. 
  • By June first you will be back running with a smile again!
