So many beginners programmes are based on counting minutes and distance. They do work, but for many people the pressure to run for a certain number of minutes can be too much. We can give up because we dont feel we are progressing like everyone else. So this course takes all pressure off the clock and instead focussed on the actual enjoyment of running with no pressure to run fast or far. You dont even need to track your minutes!
