This course is for you if:

  • You REALLY want to start back running but can't seem to get yourself out the door. 
  • You feel jealous every time you walk/drive past another happy runner. 
  • You ran 5k comfortably in the past but feel you have lost your fitness and confidence. 
  • You cant even remember the last time you put on your running shoes.
  • You would absolutely LOVE to be able to run free and confidently again.
  • You could find the time, you just keep prioritising everything else ahead of running, telling yourself you will do it in the future! 
  • You are ready to start and will aim to get out the door 3 times each week following my guidance. 

How the course will work :

  • It will be 100% online so you can do it from anywhere in the world.
  • All you need to do is to to commit to is follow along week by week and try your best. 
  • The commitment - 3 times per week getting out the door - but with no pressure on speed/distance! 
  • 4 weeks on you will be a new woman - back running with a smile again!

LifeTime Access: 

While the course is 4 weeks long, you will have lifetime access to all the content - just in case you ever need another running comeback again!
