Winter Running - One Class Per Week

Lets finish 2023 in style. Come join us this Nov/Dec as we get you up and out the door on the dark evenings and send you home full of energy and destressed after an hour in the fresh air!

7 Week Term from 6th Nov 2023 - 10th Jan 2024 (6 weeks then xmas break and then back for 1 week of 8th Jan)
Come along to 1 class each week
Locations: Sandymount and Clontarf in Dublin.
Xmas Special : on our last week of 2023 we merge the 6.30pm and 7.30pm class into one and take a 7pm class on a festive funrun christmas lights adventure!
