Running feel like hard work?
I get it - You put off going out the door because running feels uncomfortable. You feel breathless, heavy legged and envious of others who glide past effortlessly on the run. When running feels like hard work, we can resent it and treat it like another 'job' on our to-do list. We might even give up on it. But lets not do that.
My Promise - Running should be fun and we often put so much pressure on performance that it sucks all the joy from our time outdoors. You might even count down the minutes til your run is over? Its a pity, as running can give us so much - not just as the finish line - if we look beyond clock watching.
Enjoy running more: For almost 20 years I've been coaching runners of all levels to make running feel less effort and more enjoyable. Now for the first time I'm bringing all these tips together into one month of online coaching and training.
We do it together: Over 4 weeks, I will share my favourite tips and tricks you can apply to your legs (and your head) to bring more ease and joy to your running. If you want to be running long into the future, its SO important to make running something that give you energy and joy, not depletes your confidence and enthusiasm.
