Brand new to running? This one is for you. Run 'live' twice a year, you'll join a select cohort for support as you begin your running journey. 

In this 8 week program we will have you running 5k and more importantly enjoying it and loving the freedom and sense of achievement running brings.

Who are we? 

For nearly 20 years we have been getting Dublin women up off the couch and out running. Today we coach virtually as well as in person. 

Come join us (Mary and Aoife) as we keep you moving and motivated. It is not just running - We build in strength, mobility, breathwork and a lot of fun!

There is no focus on competition with others. Its all about letting running help you take on all the rest of your life with energy and enthusiasm - and having a great time along the way. 

I would definitely recommend ForgetTheGym to anyone who wants to get over the mental barrier of not feeling like they can master running. The weeks progressed at a very manageable pace and the tips were really practical and easy to understand. Just brilliant!
