We show you how to feel great running and avoid injury. We build in strength, mobility, breathwork and fun!
We make you to feel welcome and relaxed as part of our gang whether you are joining us in-person or online.
There is no focus on competition with others. You can Run/walk at your own pace and take breaks as you need them.
Join us once or twice a week and don't forget your old yoga mat too.
We have two class types and you can mix and match!
Helping you to get out the door, feel stronger and better running. In 1 hour we will combine running (at your pace) with all complementary stuff we know you don’t do at home! Strength, mobility, breathwork and lovely stretching.
Is it for me?
If you can run a minimum of 10-15 minutes VERY slowly you will be fine in this class. You can walk/run as you need to as you build back up your fitness.
Strength & Speed
Helping you to get faster, stronger and avoid injury. In 1 hour we will combine speed intervals (different each week) with strength, technique, mobility and breathwork and some fun of course while on the move.
