If you REALLY want to become a runner but just can't seem to do it on your own, this 4 week course is made for you. We know how hard it is to get started, so we take all the pressure off clock watching. We focus on making running enjoyable, fun and something you actually feel confident and excited to keep on doing. 

 

How does it works? 

  • You don't have to travel anywhere. Mary literally comes to your front door - virtually.
  • You press play on all the lessons and audios at a time that suits you. 
  • You go at your pace and together we build your running confidence, fitness and skill.
  • You decide the schedule that fits in with your life and we support you ever step.
  • You become a confident runner in 4 weeks by letting us help you build confidence, fitness and motivation. If you commit to getting out the door 3 times, we do the rest!

Why does it work?  

  • For 20 years we have been helping women to start running and actually enjoy it. Coach Mary knows all your excuses, doubts and insecurities about getting out the door and has designed this 4 week course to help you finally get running and actually enjoy it.
  • It's not about keeping up with others or counting minutes, its about celebrating YOU doing something you have not done before and showing you how running can help you feel amazing in your head and your body.
  • This is so different from a Couch-2-5k course. We don't measure success by how far you have run or how many minutes you have walked for. Success is getting out the door - the magic happens when we are not under pressure to hit time targets.
