
What's happening in ForgetTheGym in 2025
Jan 16, 2025We want YOU to feel fabulous this year by choosing fresh air, fitness, friendship and fun rather than just falling down in front of the TV each evening. We know it can be daunting to get going and it can be hard to join a new crew, but once you start you will wonder why you didnt get going sooner!
If this is your year to stop making excuses, stop wasting time scrolling on your phone and finally time to make a little more time for YOU then we can help you. We know you can do it, you have just got to make the next move. The busier you are, the more you need a little headspace!
We know what we do works : 2024 was an incredible year at ForgetTheGym and our members success stories are proof that what we do together really works. Our membership is thriving and each year our community gets stronger, the women support eachother and we are so proud that together we have created something very special.

At ForgetTheGym it is never about competition but instead about camaraderie, giving eachother the nudge to keep moving, keep smiling and keep getting outdoors. How you can join us : As we kick off 2025, we always EASE into JANUARY. December is often a month that is so busy that we need January to rest and build our energy, not wear ourselves out. I've a blog on that too! But we are ready now as we move towards end of January - the time has come to launch into 2025!

2. Beach Running classes in Dublin kick off on 25th January for 12 weeks to Easter : Midweek Classes in the evenings for Ladies of all Running Levels. See Timetable (50% discount for members)
3. Beginners Running Programme : If you want to be running 5k by Easter but can't even manage a minute right now, this beginners course is for you!
What happens after January
The rest of the year at a glance : Up to Easter we are out on the beach at classes, at hike, meetups and lots of online coaching with our members. After Easter we move to Summer mode where we will have more Beach classes in May and beyond. We then head on our Luxury Members Retreat in May to France. For those of you planning to run long this summer, our Marathon Coaching Programme kicks off in June for Dublin Marathon. We head to West Cork for 2 more retreats in the summer before back to Dublin for Autumn mode back on the beach, off to France again for our Running/Wine trip (can't wait) and then finish out our year with a month of festive fresh air celebrations in December. Wow, when i write it down like that, there is so much to look forward to. I are keeping my fingers crossed for a great 2025 for you all ahead.
But back to January
If you would love to be part of the gang, now is your chance. Don't wait until you are more fit, strong and have more time on your hands. Thats what you said last year (am i right). Now is your time to treat yourself to feeling better than ever. Come join us.

PS : I hope ya got out on your lunchbreak - even for just 5 minutes. The January daylight is so precious - chase it down while you can this afternoon. You wont regret it. I stopped the car on my way to work today to go for walk, it was just to nice to miss... Notice this week where you can get your fresh air fix. It is the perfect winter tonic.
