Hi, I'm Mary and for nearly 20 years I've been helping lapsed runners (just like you) get back out the door again. Whatever your reason for stopping running, I will get you going again.
I REALLY want you to LOVE running again.

Don't start back on your Couch to 5k App again only to give up after 2 weeks and feel annoyed with yourself. Instead change your approach to HOW you get back running and you will never look back!
This course is for you if :
- You REALLY want to start back running but can't seem to get yourself out the door.
- You feel jealous every time you walk/drive past another happy runner.
- You ran 5k comfortably in the past but feel you have lost your fitness and confidence.
- You cant even remember the last time you put on your running shoes.

How it works :
- It will be 100% online so you can do follow from anywhere in the world.
- All you need to do is commit to following along week by week and try your best.
- Time needed - 3 times per week getting out the door - but with no pressure on speed/distance!
