All of our members recognise that if we keep moving, keep connected and keep having fun, we can move into the future being our best selves.
They know the benefits of getting outside to move, but dont always make the time to do it.
Most of the women in our community are recreational runners and walkers (or lapsed runners) who have a lot of other things going on in their lives!
So we have members who are training for events (to keep them on the straight and narrow), others who are on a comeback to get back up to 5k, and more who are happy to get out and run (or walk) free whenever they get a chance to clear their head and feel great.
Overall our members are runners (and walkers) who value the community, support, encouragement and guidance of our coaching - and know that with the nudges out the door and the support available it will keep them focussed on making time to look after themselves long into the future.
In terms of age profile most of our members are over 30 but the vast majority are 40+ (with many in their 50s and 60s).
