Moving up to long distance is a BIG DEAL. We get it! Our job is to take you from being nervous, anxious and overwhelmed about the half marathon to being fully prepared, confident and excited for the big day out! Over 12 weeks we guide you from 8k to half marathon day.
How does it work?
- Our 12 week online course is structured in weekly steps that guide you from 8k all the way to half marathon day.
- You don't have to travel. Mary literally comes to your front door - virtually. Every week a new lesson and video pops into your inbox to guide you through the week ahead.
- You press play on the weekly videos at a time that suits you, and follow along at your own pace. You can use your computer, phone or our app to access all.
- You dont need to think: we drip feed all the information and coaching that you need, right when you need it, so you can focus on the week you are in and not worry about the future.
- You ask questions any time : Mary and her team are here to support you every step of the way - no such thing as a silly question - we are here for you.
- You can train for any half marathon : The course is 100% online, so you can train from anywhere in the world, start any time and can adapt the course to suit your timelines.
- You avoid comparison with others : We focus on YOU having the best experience you can over the full 12 weeks. When the race comes along you are confident and ready, not anxious comparing your preparation or performance against that of friends or strangers.

Why does it work?

- We recognise you have a life outside of running. You are busy and don't have the time, energy or motivation to put in hours of research to make sure you are doing it all right. You can't train 6 days a week (and don't really want to either).
- We know how overwhelming the world of running is. From AI coaches to over complex technical plans, we bring a lighter approach, a personal connection, a real life team to support you when you need it, not a generic plan that assumes all you do is run!
- We focus on elements that often get ignored, taking all competition out of long distance training and instead focusing on sports psychology, injury prevention, motivation, nutrition and self belief.
