There is no clockwatching or comparing with others. Instead, you get back in the zone with no stress of counting miles or minutes. In just one month you are a runner again.

- You don't have to travel anywhere. Mary literally comes to your front door - virtually.

What makes us different
Why does it work?
- For 20 years we have been helping women to start running and actually enjoy it. Coach Mary knows all your excuses, doubts and insecurities about getting back out the door and has designed this 4 week course to help you get back into a running routine you enjoy. It happens to us all - we all have breaks in our running, its the comebacks we need the support on.
- It's not about keeping up with others or counting minutes, its about celebrating YOU doing something for yourself and showing you how running can help you feel amazing in your head and your body.
- This is so different from a Couch-2-5k course. We don't measure success by how far you have run or how many minutes you have walked for. Success is getting out the door - the magic happens when we are not under pressure to hit time targets.
