For the last 16 years I've been helping women get out the door and feel great running.
Together with my team of coaches and our wonderful community, I get you started, motivated and inspired to achieve goals you may never have thought possible.Meet our team
What can you expect from Forget the Gym?
Forget The Gym is all about fresh air, fitness, freedom and fun. The more you enjoy running, the more motivated you will be to get out the door. No matter where you are on your running journey, you can count on three things:
We teach you the latest running form and technique tips. We work on strength, mobility & recovery.
We don't take running too seriously! You will find us in the café queue after our runs planning more adventures.
We are based in Dublin, Ireland. But we also offer virtual memberships, retreats and online courses.
