
Running Classes in Dublin
Ladies, we spend too much time indoors. It's time to get outside these bright evenings before it gets dark and do something just for you.
We keep you moving and motivated around the coast of Dublin.
Autumn Term: Back on the beaches of Dublin, term starts w/c 8th September and will run for 12 weeks with a mid-term break.

For 19 years we have been getting Dublin women up off the couch and out running by the coast. Come join us (Mary and Aoife) as we keep you moving and motivated.
It is not just running - We build in strength, mobility, breathwork and a lot of fun too. Run at your own pace and enjoy the chat along the way.

Autumn Term 2025
We start the w/c 8th September and will keep you running all the way up until December with a mid-term break at the end of October.
We won't leave you hanging over Christmas either - free festive fun runs in December for non-members who commit to Autumn classes!
If you are already running (even a little bit), we have two types of classes for you. 'Fun run' and 'Strength and Speed' (details below)

'Fun Run' Class
Ladies, this class is for you if you:
- You haven't run for a while and want to build back up to 5k or beyond
- You know you won't get out the door yourself and need motivation
- You want to be surrounded by a great group of women and coaches
- You want running to feel easier and less effort on your body
- You love summer evenings and want to make the most of them
- You want to be less breathless on the run and get stronger
- You are determined not to let this summer pass you by!
Minimum requirement : If you can run 10 minutes VERY slowly you will be fine in this class. You can walk/run as you need to as you build back up your fitness. If you are not at this level, we would recommend our beginners programme

'Strength and Speed' Class
Ladies, this class is for you if :
- You are comfortable at 5k and want to be faster and stronger
- You want to future proof your running and get inspired to do races, events and adventures
- You know you won't push yourself on speed when you go out running on your own
- You want to be surrounded by a great group of women and coaches
- You want to know all the tips to make running feel easier over long distance and short.
- You love summer evenings and want to make the most of them
- You are determined to give yourself some time to improve your running this summer.
Minimum requirement : You can run 30 minutes comfortably (at your pace) and have been running all spring. If you are not at this level, we would recommend the Fun Run class.
