April Adventures for Members
Making the most of the longer evenings - We are done with hibernating in the dark, or are all set to embrace the daylight. For this April, come join us here :
- Run for Fish and Chips: Join us for a leisurely run, before we take a week off for Easter and your bank holiday weekend. Bright evening's, great chats and chips to finish! Let's run first and have some dinner after.
- Parkrun meetups : Join us for a parkrun meetup in Dublin - An oldie but a goodie! We are headed to Malahide, the OG! Join us for parkrun and coffee and cake after in Avoca.
- Beach Classes - Spring into Summer : We will start a new term after Easter (14th April) be sure to book your spot on the beach for our only Full Daylight term. 50% off for all members.
- Boyne Valley Day out - walk : We had to postpone our Boyne Camino Walk (25k) from earlier in the year as the weather was so miserable but we are delighted to have it to look forward to now this month.
- Flexi Friday - Last friday of the month: After our trip to Howth last month we will move location for this month. We are headed to the Hellfire Club in Dublin Mountains for a run in the hills. This will be a very easy pace and open to all who want to try running some hills.
- Running Workshop: Mary is going to host another 'Feel Great Running' workshop FREE for all members (but also open to the public), where she through all the steps of making your running feel less effort and more fun - no matter what level of runner you are. If you want to feel lighter on the run, avoid injury and generally enjoy your running more, this is for you.
- Food with Dee : Dee is bringing us a Chocolatey start of the month, it is Easter after all! Then some more handy recipes to bring on the go for our Adventure days out.
- Yoga with Linda: Linda is taking her yoga on the go too, out the door and with a focus on the shoulders and neck! This routine is less than 5 minutes and perfect as a pitstop on a run or simply a few minutes to yourself.
- New Podcast Episode: Coming your way this month will be a new 'coach in your ears' podcast episode. If you keen to catch up on other 33 episodes in the archives, you can take them with you and ‘listen on the run’.
- Months end celebration : We will meet virtually on Thursday April 30th to end the month in style and look forward to May and beyond.

- All the community chat and support : Sure where would we be without all your community chats, updates and support in our private app!
- Sunday Reset Audios : Mary will be in your inbox with your sunday check-in (10 min coaching) to help you start off each week on the right foot
- Monday Virtual Classes : Roll out the Mat, or Kick out the Door - whatever you need : A morning and evening virtual nudge to move!
- Running Training plans : All your training plans and full library of everything you need is in your members library - and you can use the search button to find all you need!
- FREE Virtual Courses : Remember you have FREE access to all our new virtual courses as well as all our training plans. Beginners Get Running, Get Back Running and 5k-10k are weekly guided video led courses. Get in touch if you want access to any of the courses. Long distance ones will be available in summer.
- FREE Running Workshops : Mary hosts a monthly in person 'Feel Great Running' workshop FREE for all members (but also open to the public), where she through all the steps of making your running feel less effort and more fun - no matter what level of runner you are. - Parkrun meetups : Keep an eye on the meetups to see where we are going or suggest your own!
- Full Recipe Library : Dee's back catalogue of food inspiration of hints, tips and simple recipes at there for you.
- Yoga, Breathwork and Strength : We have over 100 follow along videos that you can click play on any time.
- End of Month celebration : We will meet virtually to review our month and look forward to the next.
- At the Races: we have updated our Race Calendar if you are looking for any inspiration or deadline.
Members, you can’t do it all, please dont even attempt to but you can definitely do some of it!
In your corner : Whatever Action you want to take this month, we will be behind you. We are here all month to be your cheerleader and best supporter. But we cant cheer ya on if you dont get involved.
